Q: What can I do when long time passed still did not get the parcel?
A: This situation always happened.
When you found your parcel tracking information shows left China mainland or Hong Kong and no information on your local post office website, your parcel now is on the road to your country, or arrived at your country.
But because you local post office is too busy to deal with so many parcels, please be patient to wait.
When the receipt time more than 10 days left and you still did not receive the parcel, please contact us, we will extend the receipt time for you ,try to help you find the reason of delay and try to solve.
