* The frying pan is moulded by casting, uncoated, so the surface of the frying pan may not be very smooth, it's normal, not quality problem.
* The frying pan will be smoother and smoother with using, it will be nonstick at the same time.
* You'd better wipe the inside of the frying pan with cooking oil repeatedly, then lay up for a few hours, after that, you can use the cast iron frying pan enjoyably and with safety.
* The handle may get hot when the frying pan is used continuously for a long time, please use with caution, avoid of scalding.
* Please dry the frying pan off when you want to store it, to avoid of rusting. smear the surface of the frying pan with a little cooking oil will be better. in case it rusts, you can cleaning the rusts with a piece of scouring pad.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
